Our inspector, David Furry, was wonderful. The detailed report was expected as part of the package. But his down to earth, honest conversation, about any concerns or items that need to be looked at, gave us great comfort. He was thorough, and he was empathetic to our concerns.

Marc was very prompt when getting back to me anytime I contacted him. The initial inspection provided lots of feedback regarding how to improve the building for insulation and air flow which was very helpful in doing the improvements. All in all we were very happy with the whole process.

It was a personable experience in the sense that the technician made sure I understood what he was saying. He was clear, thorough and provided examples for me so I knew what was going on.
