Don was really great to work with. He was very thorough and explained the concerns, but also suggested possible solutions. He took his time and made sure the buyer fully understood each topic.

Quick and easy to book an appointment and the appointment itself was simple and straightforward. Linto, the individual who came and did the inspection was great and made sure I got the information I needed while I was trying to entertain a toddler and dog. He made the process easy for me.

Very professional, proficient and friendly. Pre and post inspections were very thorough for the greener home energy grant. Upgrade options and recommendations were well explained and the post audit showed positive results from the completed recommendations.
It was easy to set up the inspection and it occurred quickly. The contractor used to conduct the inspection was very courteous and very knowledgeable.
The paperwork that followed was easy to read and provided us with great information about our home.
Overall, the entire process was great.

Cancelled at 8:55 AM before my appointment at 9:00 AM, when the tech could have called hours before. I had booked a half day off work, as well as already dropped my dogs off at the kennel by 7:30AM. This appointment cost me over $200 and I am without an inspection report. To make it right you could reimburse me my half day of pay as well as the cost of boarding my dogs for the day.

We liked that the inspection wasn’t intrusive , and the work plan was described clearly prior, and the benefits of inspection related to cost of insulation of home ,were explained .
David is always great with what he does, he also takes great care of the client we refer to, and he makes the process and communication very pleasing. We highly recommend David Furry and refer him to many of our clients.
