She went through problem areas in the house that I had no idea of the issue. She recommended what issues needed to be repaired first. The final report was back to me the same week.

I found it more than a little disappointing that a proper roof inspection could not be properly performed because the inspectors did not have the proper equipment to perform that portion of the inspection. This had the potential of having very nervous first time buyers questioning and doubting on whether they had been properly represented by their agent as the moved along the entire purchasing process.
