Poor communication. Cancelled without notification, then hasn't returned calls or texts. What a waste of time.

Terrible communication, lack of answering phone calls or emails. Audit was done nearly two weeks ago and are still waiting on they're report. Honestly starting to wonder if they are scamming

Easy to schedule, friendly and knowledgeable inspector
Follow thru on what the client expects, i.e. timely communications and follow thru on filing reports. Phone messages should be responded to and audit results should not take 30 days even if that is the maximum permitted.
I wasn’t present for the inspection, but had very quick, easy and clear communication with Bill. System of feedback was thorough and efficient. Easy payment system

Initially I chose AmeriSpec to do our energy audits, because so many other people in our area reported a very positive experience with AmeriSpec.
Our experience mirrors that. The owner of the Waterloo regional office was prompt in replying and communicated all aspects of the process well. I felt comfortable speaking with him and asking further questions.
The fellow from AmeriSpec who actually completed our initial energy audit was courteous and professional and thorough. Both my husband and I felt he did a good of explaining the various things he was doing and his findings. Felt very comfortable having him in our home!
Appointments where on time, Bruce was thoughtful, polite, professional, efficient kind, , very impressed with his knowledge of heat loss, his educated advice and cannot say enough about such a fine representative of the company, please pass our best wishes and thank him for coming to our home, as well this was a time of tragedy, as my wife had congestive heart failure and was rushed to hospital
