Enbridge is no longer offering the program and literature and inspector indicated they were.
Only the federal Greener Homes grants/rebates are available.
Justin explained the process to us and invited us to go through the house with him as he did the audit, asking questions about the work we had done. He then showed us the areas where we could seal some gaps where there was air still getting in. Justin went through our paperwork with us and gave us a rough timeline of the process to finalize our rebate.
Marc was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend using his company.

Our inspector, Steve, was excellent. Our home is unusual because it is in part, a 200 year old log house that was relocated and rebuilt 50 years ago plus it includes a significant addition that was added in 1995.
Before doing the pressure test, Steve did a methodical inspection and asked many questions about the construction details. Clearly, he now understands our house better than we do.
The result for us, aside from meeting the requirement for the grant, is a confirmation that our unusual home is, and will continue to be, a viable place to live in for the future. In addition, it is worth the expense of upgrading to the newer more advanced systems that are available today.
