It's been more than 4 weeks since inspection was done and still didn't get report yet. You should consider your current customer first and complete their report before getting new clients. I've been sending emails, text and calling on phone number but no reply, at least reply on those emails. I got email 2 weeks ago that my report should come last week but didn't receive it, not recommend to any one, no professionalism.

Very thorough inspection. Very polite and explained what the process was, suggested what should be prioritized in order for the home to be more efficient in heating and cooling.. Overall very satisfied with the attending consultant Kevin Devonish.

inspection services were done on time and with advance notice by phone or text. received timely emails about our appt's and payment options available. Mark our energy advisor was quite personable and was thorough with how he performed the air test and other inspections. was a painless process throughout and received a accurate report on our home air test. was what we expected with very little insulation in the bedroom and bath area of our home. all is complete and will receive rebate in the future.

Representative was on time, very pleasant to deal with. Was thorough in his assessments asking about all work carried out so any areas of the rebate that could be captured happened.was efficient in that it did not take a great deal of my time.instructions ahead of time made sure all documentation was ready for him.
