Nous avons fait réaliser deux inspections par AmeriSpec au cours des derniers mois et nous avons obtenu des rendez-vous très rapidement. Les inspecteurs étaient très professionnels et courtois. Les examens des propriétés étaient minutieux et les rapports complets et détaillés. Les rapports écrits ont été envoyés très rapidement. Je n’ai que de bons mots pour les deux inspections réalisées ! Scott provided a very detailed report outlining all aspects of the inspection! We were unable to attend the inspection, however from the report provided we did not feel out of the loop on any item being addressed or referenced. The pictures were very clear to indicate the location and recommendations were a nice touch.
A very thorough job was performed and we would strongly recommend Scott to anyone wanting a quality home inspection!
Dave is a very professional home inspector and explains the items in the home inspection to buyers. Dave explains any items of concern in the inspection and offers solutions as well to the buyers. When buyers have questions after the inspection Dave is always available to speak with them. I highly recommend Dave Furry to all my clients.
