Steve Swaisland at AmeriSpec is an attentive listener (on what our needs are), every knowledgeable and experience re the industry requirements, the audit and what needs to be done to achieve rebate and Greener Loan providing guidance along the way, he is diligent and tireless in answering customer questions, very important is that he provides added value in terms of identifying opening in the attic ceiling which the attic insulation co has to close up (not identified by other attic cos and he is experienced, quick to answer questions, reasonable price, friendly and good service overall, and professional. Steve is honest and straight shooter, will tell us what he knows and what he does not know but would guide us to certain sites or cos if there are things we need to get comfort to. He will always prepare us on what we need ready before his visits (e.g. documents, receipts etc) so that it will be a quick efficient process when he returns or when he visits. We are happy with his service and AmeriSpec so we have referred him to two friends who are considering similar upgrade and audit rebate and Greener Loan as well. Highly Recommended. Peter & Cecile

I booked David last minute after my usual guy wasn't available. His texts were very prompt, we were able to confirm a time for a home inspection very quickly. During the inspection he was thorough and informative. Loved his cheat sheet of info on the home, great for home owners!

Very thorough, and everything was explained well . Very personable inspector.
Amanda was the inspector who inspected the house. She's always professional and what is more appreciated is the fact that she makes the effort to speak in the language of the client, French or English. She takes her time to talk to the client throughout her inspection in a way that doesn't freakout the clients.
She has done the inspections of my clients before and it is always a pleasure working with her.
