Patrick provided us with excellent support in our house inspection where he went over numerous details and classified each as "more urgent" to being "more cosmetic". These details laid out by Patrick helped us get a good indication of what we should be prioritizing in our new home and allows us to budget our finances appropriately. Every inch of the house was inspected and detailed in Patrick's report in which he provided us with promptly and even offered us guidance on how we could solve any issues with our new home purchase. He remained patient and took his time in his inspection to make sure he had not missed anything of importance in the house. Without Patrick's support, we would not know where to start to make our new home more comfortable and safe for when we move in. We cannot thank Patrick enough!

Steve Swaisland at AmeriSpec is an attentive listener (on what our needs are), every knowledgeable and experience re the industry requirements, the audit and what needs to be done to achieve rebate and Greener Loan providing guidance along the way, he is diligent and tireless in answering customer questions, very important is that he provides added value in terms of identifying opening in the attic ceiling which the attic insulation co has to close up (not identified by other attic cos and he is experienced, quick to answer questions, reasonable price, friendly and good service overall, and professional. Steve is honest and straight shooter, will tell us what he knows and what he does not know but would guide us to certain sites or cos if there are things we need to get comfort to. He will always prepare us on what we need ready before his visits (e.g. documents, receipts etc) so that it will be a quick efficient process when he returns or when he visits.
