On ma dit à 10h35 que mon rapport était prêt mais que je devait payer avant de recevoir mon rapport. J ai paye immédiatement et après on m'a dit que mon rapport n'était pas terminé. Je l'ai reçu seulement le soir après 18h00.
I enjoyed the quick appointment scheduling of the inspection services. This is a requirement to obtain this inspection before applying for the Canada Greener Homes Loan. The Gueplh staff were great and answered all my questions.
Main disappointment was not calling us to tell us we were not approved for Home Heating program. Called Efficiency NS after not hearing anything to learn Amerispec was supposed to have callled us 7 months prior. Also don’t feel we had good counsel from the energy assessor and communications in general were poor.
