Communication and explanation

Une bonne disponibilité, une réponse pour r-v au téléphone rapidement, la qualité des communications écrites entre Amerispec , le client et le courtier ( confirmation de r-v, etc) , la bonne relation entre inspecteur et courtier immobilier qui semble nous apprécier , la confiance qu’Amerispec inspire au client, la production du rapport dans un court délai et le cartable d’entretien remis au client sur place qui est un gros plus.
Prise de rendez-vous simple et rapide (appel fait un samedi). Lors de l'inspection pré-achat qui s'est déroulée dans la semaine suivante, l'inspecteur a sû nous faire par de ses différentes analyses durant tout le processus d'inspection et il nous a transmit un rapport détaillé à peine 48h suivant son intervention.
The Inspector was very knowledgeable, he was able to point out and record certain future issues and what to watch out for, Very personable and engaging while doing an extremely professional job of inspection of our new hopeful house, Reports were sent exactly when the agent explained, very thorough and pictures were illustrated.

Excellent service. Murray is professional, friendly and knowlegable. He took the time to explain everything to me regarding the home inspection and answered all of my questions. He even created an online binder for me to organize all outstanding tasked highlighted during the inspection. I would definately recommend him to family and friends.

It was a rather urgent request for an inspection and the inspection and full report were both completed within 24 hours, as requested.
L'inspection a été beaucoup trop long, plus de 3 heures. Quand les clients sont exaspérés au point que l'un quitte... Il s'agissait d'un genre de triplex (une unifamiliale en 3 logements de 2006 (donc pas un super vieil immeuble ) Je comprends qu'il y ait beaucoup de composantes à regarder mais rien d'exhaustif ne fut fait, une inspection très normale. soit l'inspecteur manque d'expérience et ou il était juste très lent. Ce genre d'expérience ne me donne pas le goût de vous référer à nouveau. Désolée
