Prompt, efficient, explained processes as he went
Doug did a very thorough job and found some issues that we would never have noticed with our walk throughs. This led to the seller having to remediate several items that will exceed the inspection costs and give us peace of mind in our new home. Thank you!

Staff are all friendly and very efficient. They arrive on time do their job quickly but not to quickly if you have any questions they take the time to answer them. The reports come within a reasonable amount of time and if there are any questions they will answer them.

L'inspecteur était à son affaire et plaisant.
Le rapport d'inspection qu'on m'a remis après quelques jours seulement est bien détaillé avec photos et me sera très utile pour m'orienter. De plus, le cartable qui m'a été remis est bien pratique autant pour le suivi des menus travaux faits sur la maison, pour quelques conseils pratiques sur la réparation, pour donner une idée des prix selon les travaux à faire exécuter, etc.

While they were professional and completed the job, I called and was told I qualified for a promotion in advance. When the work was done I was informed I no longer qualified. I lost $700. Plus the final report took 2 weeks while the first one took 1 day. But I had to pay immediately.
We found it very hard to get information regarding our project. We understand how busy things have been, but not knowing what or if things were going forward caused some anxiety. Maybe an email midway, just so people know things are still going ahead.
