From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. We found our destination home that we love and Michael, Mark and Kevin were wonderful. Excellent customer service.

Your salesman Mike Pritchard is a gem and greatly contributed to our decision to purchase from your company. We have met several salesmen over the years at various shows and they were all very knowledgeable, personable and top notch. I recommend Alpin Haus to everyone I speak to that is thinking of purchasing an RV!

but Josh didn't give up, he took us to one more trailer...

Great work and customer service
The lack of communication between the service shop and the customer is nonexistent. No status updates and when trying to contact the service department, it goes straight to voicemail with no call back. I had better luck with the parts department as they explained to me the issue when parts are ordered. Also, providing me with a tracking number ( this was 3 weeks later ). As for the installation, I paid full price for what appeared to be a used glass ( I ordered a skylight and dome for a rear bath ) so I’m reminded of this every time I look at it. Also, they left the original broken shards in place which is shadowed when the sun shines on certain angle ( giving you a Mountain View, again poor craftsmanship). But, no leak so far.
So, not too happy but when you’re in a pinch, you do have few options.

Purchased a Grand Design 337RLS 10/31/25 and the sale went well. Rather than bring the unit home we stored it there for the winter at no cost which was great. Had the walk through and picked it up 04/09/26 and the walk through was very thorough. Had a question about the unit 04/10/26 and received the answer within 5 minutes of the initial request. Hope to have this same experience in the future.
Service department goes out of there way to help you out to make things right
I have been dealing with Alpin Haus for over 30 years. Bought all my 5th wheels there and taken them there every spring for their annual physical. Dave B. has become like family and we treat each other as such.

This was an easy fix Dexter and GD approved it all with labor BUT Alpin Haus fought me all the time Hope this experience never has to happen to another Grand Design owner that needs warranty work. And DID NOT PURCHASE FROM ALPIN HAUS this IMHO was the problem. Just why ?? ( this warranty repair was an emergency and AH is a grand design dealer ) You just lost a future customer

I had a great experience purchasing my new RV trailer at Alpin Haus. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out right away. Adam, the salesman, was fantastic—he really listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.
The service department was just as impressive. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable using the trailer before leaving. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping me get my trailer lights working properly on my truck.
What really meant a lot was how they treated us—they even took time to entertain my four-year-old grandson while everything was getting set up. That level of care and attention doesn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, an awesome experience from start to finish. Highly recommend
We had the best experience purchasing our camper. Mike Pritchard was our salesman and he took his time explaining everything to us. He got us the best deal we could ever expect and he was patient, knowledgeable and never pushy.
James Bearcroft the business manager was also great. He took care of our financing, insurance and extended warranties. We didn’t have to stress about anything. Our experience at Alpin Haus was great and stress free from start to finish.

Jake took the time to show us various RVs within the parameters that we gave him. He didn’t try to change our minds or push in any way. He was very informative and if he didn’t have the answer he got it. During the “walk through” Steve was very knowledgeable and explained the various parts and functions of the RV. Everyone from the receptionist, to finance, to parts and service were welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful.

Amanda and Larry from service picked up the pieces of an unhappy customer. Larry drove out twice to the campers location in East Stroudsburg. Pa. That is customer service at its best
The staff presented as professional and friendly, and the site provided plenty of space for parking.
I assumed the VIN would identify what my RV has on board. That is not the case with this particular industry...yet.
Scott helped me through the process of finding out what I needed and got things all squared away.
The work was completed sooner than expected and so far, it's all good.
