I received excellent and fast service.
Friendly professional staff and good selection. As a full-timer, I had work done in the shop. They got me in and out in one day and did an excellent job with the repairs!
We could not locate a part that we needed to get our motorhome inspected. We stopped everywhere we passed between Florida and New York, including Ford dealerships. Theresa found the part in no time; she's amazing. She also told us what maintenance she felt we needed done and gave us pricing on everything. We are very much appreciative of the staff at Alpin Haus in Amsterdam. Superior service by top-notch employees.

Had issues with camper and keystone and left me with a damaged camper told me not covered sorry not even two year old unit used about six times water damage

We had a wonderful experience with the entire team from start to finish! The process of purchasing our camper and planning everything out was seamless, organized, and stress-free.
Our sales representative, Tyler, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect camper for our needs.
Keith in the finance department made the paperwork and financing process simple and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and made what can often be a complicated process feel effortless.
During our walkthrough, Dan (Demo Dan) did an excellent job demonstrating all of the features of our new camper. He was thorough, informative, and made sure we felt comfortable operating everything before we headed out.
Last but certainly not least, Michael, our delivery driver, was outstanding! His skill in maneuvering our camper into a very tight space was truly impressive. Beyond that, his professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made a lasting impression. We really can't say enough great things about him and his attentive approach and hard work.

Service tech Eric was very helpful and promptly fixed the issue when I had blew fuse on my trailer's front jack motor the day when I picked up the trailer. Great service and thank you for their work!

Teresa was extremely professional and in this day and age that kept me informed. I didn’t like that I had to pay a lot of money for the shipping charges that was not covered were in this day and age to pay for shipping charges.. But in fact, she kept me informed and explain to me why and how.. Did not say nothing and then when I got a bill I seen it then that’s the point I’m making.! I might add when I dropped it off. The whole staff was concerned that I had no ride on the way coming back as Uber was not helpful. They gave me some local taxi and one showed up star taxi service out of Amsterdam. The driver was actually the owner I could not be more pleased as he spoke so well of the RV company that he dealt with over the years it was kinda he felt responsible of helping the RV dealer give good service. Also, I might add I was recommended from Tiffin to have my service done there even though they no longer carry Tiffin motorhomes!
The service we received was prompt and thorough. The customer service personnel were very pleasant and efficient.
The brand new unit we purchased had some issues that needed repairing found by Alpin Haus personnel when prepping the unit for delivery. They made every effort to get the warranty repairs completed as quickly as possible and delivered the unit to us 2 hours away when finished.
Alpenhaus has a well staffed service department that has 20 some service bays, a secure storage area, 4 0r 5 service managers and enough machanics and techs to get work done quickly. Their rates are fair.
There is an large, comfortable lounge to wait for work to be completed.
As my service manager explained - if they have the part - their turnaround time is very fast.
These days - some parts cn take time to get.

It was a very stressful time for me and Rusty was responsive to my questions and concerns about replacing my travel trailer’s roof. The work was completed in a timely manner.
Nobody knows what they are doing ! I had a problem with my brand new camper and I had to pay my $250 deductible which I agree to for them to come out and look at it but then they told me it was not covered under the warranty so they charge me another $260 without my consent . I am beyond dissatisfied.
Alpin Haus was great! They booked my appointments promptly and showed up on time and took care of my issues.
Shawn, and his crew did a good job installing the pool. The estimated install date was originally the end of June. Then several earlier dates were planned, but no pool was available. Actual install date was July 1st. I would suggest you purchase a pool that is in stock, if possible.

Service team is attentive. Even if orders are not perfect, they come through.
The solar cover we had installed two years ago has improperlyoffset/improperly centered bolting to the pool cement. I have to go back-and-forth to pull the ends to try to keep the roll even while I am recollecting the cover in the morning.
I’m also not particularly happy about having to pay for the second time the lighting has come loose which we had installed two years ago, but I read that is perhaps common practice.

Alpin Haus RV of Amsterdam, service has been excellent. Every time we have had a issue or a concern they have been able to help us. Several times over the years they have even stopped at our home to trouble shoot an issue we were having. Several times while traveling they have been there for us and now we store our trailer right there and they have it ready for us when we are ready for another adventure. Just a great team to have on our side!
