Bought 6 tires from you on 8/7/26. Drove home to Averill Park 1 hour away. When I checked the air pressure on 8/12/26 prior to leaving for 1000 island the next day. All tires except front driver was ok. Front driver was 40 lbs. Do I need to check my tires air pressure before I start home from getting 6 new tires. I called Teresa right away and she wanted me to put air in it and bring the Rv out I told her I would stop in on 8/13/26 around 11:00. When I stopped in to your shop on my way to 1000 island Teresa had left for the day and no one was expecting me so I left after 20 minutes
On a more positive note the service tech that performed my forever warranty inspection and slide weather stripping did an awesome job from what I see.
Efficient and polite service
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Service does an amazing job keeping me in the loop on the progress of any service work I have done. I enjoyed working with Mike W on service and Jeff and Kayleigh in the accessories store. They always have everything I need to go camping and have a great time!
I worked with Scott. He was great explaining any concerns and made sure he got me into the right travel trailer for me. I was able to leave with my new trailer confident. I will be recommending Alpin Haus to others and will be coming by again when I'm ready for another

Service was very quick! I called that our pool pump was not working and someone was here within an hour to fix it!! Appreciate it!
Someone pee'd in my rv and did not flush it and my entire toilet and toilet seat were covered in MOLD! My RV was onsite at Alpin Haus to get fixed, literally MORE than 3 WEEKS before anyone told me I had to pay prior to the work being completed. I missed TWO campaing trips and had to pay for a hotel for 2 nights and lost money on my RV site reservations becaue you guys had my RV for FOUR WEEKS in peak travelling season. I use to work there and I will NEVER, EVER go back to Alpiun Haus again. They were going to install a strap on my canopy and they never even ordered the part! I'm very disappointed.
Staff was very informative and helpful with making are R.V purchase comfortable.
Alpin Haus Service Department has always been fantastic! No problem scheduling, they go above and beyond to make sure everything gets done, and our RV is ready on time.
We've used them for the last several years and have always been satisfied.
Knowledge
I bought an RV second hand privately. Although I did not buy it from them, their service department was very helpful getting me familiar with this RV. They fixed a couple of things already. Great folks and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Alpin Haus!

My RV had an issue with the microwave coming away from the upper cabinet.

I recently purchased a Forrest River Rockwood Geopro 20FBS from blue compass RV and have had nothing but issues with service. dozens of calls to the dealership without calls back and being quoted 2month turn around times on warranty claims. im also 3 months into owning my camper and im still waiting on a license plate as my information was sent to the wrong state ..... twice. After speaking with Jess in the service department at Aplin Haus i could already tell just from a quick phone call that i was in good hands. I dropped my camper off on a Saturday for service on Monday and they were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue with my fridge. She even went the extra mile to speak to Forrest river and got my claim completely covered under warranty. When its time to upgrade to our next travel trailer i will 100% be going to Aplin Haus. I sent you photos of the improper installation of the fuse on the exterior frame of the new Travel Lite Rove Lite trailer I purchased in June. I described the problem. I spoke with someone by phone. I said that if you just send me the part (maybe worth $20.00?) I will install it. I am currently out of stae on a one week vacation. I will be returning this weekend.
