Everyone was very professional. Salesman Mark House,took the time showing us different RV’s and which one of them would work for us. The amazing thing about this company was there were no pushy people. Keith Todd was also great with handling all of the paperwork and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we needed to know. Great communication. Very friendly. They got the job done a week earlier than expected and for $500 less than quoted. They stayed later than closing time so that I could pick up my vehicle. They assisted me in collecting supplies that I needed out of my vehicle while it was in the shop. Overall wonderful experience.

I had a great experience buying our 298 Grand Design Bunkhouse from Alpin Haus. It started out with a nice causal engagement with our sales representative Charles Weitz. Charles took us on short notice to show us the trailer. The following day we negotiated a deal on our dream trailer. I never felt pressured and the deal moved forward on my terms. When we arrived to pickup the trailer I had very high expectations on the condition that I would receive the unit in. My expectations were far exceeded. The unit was in pristine condition. The alpin haus representative (John) that walked us through the pre delivery inspection was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. We spent as much time as we needed to inspect the unit. Overall I am extremely pleased that I choose Alpin Haus and I look forward to doing business with them for a very long time.
