Chris who did our walkthrough was friendly and knowledgeable also answered all my questions about the trailer and the new WDH they installed. Amy who did all the paperwork was so friendly and fun to talk to. And I’m sorry his name escapes me but the finance guy also was no pressure and very thorough and friendly. The overall experience from first contact to negotiating price to pick up was a pleasure. I would highly recommend doing business with these folks.
This is our 5th year using Alpin Haus to trailer our boat from the Hudson River in Lake Luzerne to store it for the season in their warehouse. It is a no brainer for us. It takes all the hassle of boat ownership away. We just got our boat returned this week. During storage they clean snd winterize. Best service offered anywhere!! We are ready for the 2024 boating season.

Got me in and out same day. On this trip I arrived unexpectedly with a dead battery. While I was checking in with Chris in service, the other advisor heard my comments about the battery and took it upon themselves to go check battery. It was indeed dead so it was replaced while it was there. And got camper back in same condition I dropped it off in.

My wife and I came in to look at a specific camper and Duane (our salesperson) was excellent in every way, even though it was only his second or third week. The purchase went through without any issues and while there was a hiccup getting my vehicle wired up, everyone at Alpin Haus was great getting things done and it was clear they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a camper to stop in and see what Alpin Haus can do for you.
