Techs were very willing to make the extra effort to fix the liner that was pulling away from the edge of the pool (and were able to fix it in the shallow end), and also advised they would get Doug to come up to fix it in the deep end.

Everyone we interact with is genuinely looking to see how they can help. Not looking to see how they can move on to the next thing in their day or hand any situation over to another person. Whomever we work with has always stuck with us, stayed involved or at least kept themselves informed as to what was going on until they knew the job was done.
