I don’t understand how a camper can come back from dewinterization with the black and gray tanks full. Makes no sense. They were empty all winter, obviously. Called today to express my disappointment; was told I’d get a call back, but haven’t received it yet.
I have been loyal for the last 2 years but now I have to consider going elsewhere. Still waiting to hear how you want to make this right.
Purchased our 2017 Surveyor new from Alpen Haus. We have had great service every year since. We camp in a NY State camp ground.. There are no services such as electric or sewer hook up. New trailers do not have gas refrigerators or water heaters. This keeps us from purchasing a new camper. Not everyone camps at an RV park or resort. No I don't want to run a generator to recharge my batteries. RV dealers are loosing money because of this.
The sales process was well handled. The walk through appointment was scheduled promptly. The finance process was well explained. The actual walk through was very thorough and very helpful. They were very helpful with getting the backup cameras and batteries installed. The only issues I encountered were; we were unable to locate the bit for operating the stabilizer Jack's and we couldn't find the inverter and inverter controller. I eventually found the controller which was locked due to the inverter being in test mode. Lastly the parts department was very helpful in determining the accessories I needed, however they gave me the wrong surge protector (50 amp instead of 30 amp) which means I will have to drive almost 3 hours round trip to exchange it at the nearest Alpin Haus.

Friendly and quick.
The service person sent to take care of my problems was a very competent & friendly worker. He was very knowledgeable & a hard worker. Very thorough , very organized , very service oriented. When he was done he cleaned up the work area & left everything in good order. It was a pleasure having him taking care of all the work. Thank you to him & Alpin Haus.
Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. Chris took his time and walked me thru all the options.

Lyndsay listened carefully to what I said I was looking for in a PWC. He showed me great options and when I closed in on a choice, he went through the machine thoroughly. He was clearly knowledgable about it. When I made the decision to buy, Ricky made that step quick and easy. Both guys were great and the whole process was a pleasure.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Alpin Haus RV. From start to finish, Adam King was absolutely amazing and helped us every step of the way throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
A huge thank you as well to Paul, Drew, Rusty and everyone in the service department for going above and beyond to take care of us. We had an issue with our fireplace not working, and not only did they replace it with a brand new one, but they actually traveled to our campground to complete the repair so we wouldn’t have the inconvenience of towing the camper back to the facility.
That level of customer service is rare these days and speaks volumes about the team at Alpin Haus RV. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding sales and service!

Responsive clientele, friendly and knowledgeable
No pressure sales department and friendly staff.
Easy going staff that shared a lot of good information and never felt like they were trying to sell me something as opposed to helping me understand more fully what I was interested in. Josh as a salesman was great, Dan for the product demonstration was thorough and knowledgeable, and Keith with the paperwork was pleasant to work with.

You took my money got paid 2 weeks ago and no boat yet . No calls or updates on status I wish I never bought from you guys!!! 2nd time I bought a boat from Alpin Haus and got jerked around Second time 38 years later. But on that one Mr Daley made it right!! payment for boat 2 weeks away!

Joe, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of communication regarding the delivery of your new boat. We understand how disappointing this was, especially with your fishing vacation coming up. Unfortunately, there were unexpected delays with getting all the parts necessary to make the boat ready for you. I am glad to say we were able to rectify this and get you the boat the next day so you could still make your trip. We hope you enjoyed your vacation and many more to come.
Alpin Haus has opened and closed my inground pool for over 30 years. Alpin Haus installed my pool and serviced my pool when issues occurred. The service has been excellent and the products I purchase are good quality.
The service phone number listed on your website is incorrect and took multiple calls to finally get to the service department to schedule our annual maintenance. It’s great that we were able to schedule our service very quickly. We were scheduled for service on 5/7/2026. We still not have not heard from anyone from the service department to discuss some items we wanted to see were covered by warranty. Our camper is still currently in your possession but we are unable to get in touch with anyone at your company. I currently have a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize and would really appreciate if someone from your company could reach out to discuss the current status of our camper and if it’s ready to be picked up!

This is the 3rd trailer we have purchased from there. Very satisfied.
