The hair dressers al always polite and friendly. Some cut hair a little better than others but it’s all good. However, there is nothing worse than rude front desk staff. When it’s busy this place can be terrible. Rude and not willing to schedule a haircut with 1.5 hours left before closing… sad and frustrating more than being turned away is the rudeness and contempt of the front staff. Sometimes you find a gem and it’s truly breathtaking. I was helped by a lady called Ava Somers and she was under a lot of stress as it was wall to wall people and she was smiling and organizing like I’ve never seen any of your front staff do. Even your manager is a very rude lady but Ava makes the experience normal, and satisfying to be helped by a calming gentle kind voice. Please give this girl a raise. Thank you for this visit Tommy Guns. Sometimes I swear I will not return but when you encounter friendly staff it can certainly turn a rushed negative experience of receiving a “not today” into something positive and enjoyable. Behaviour of the staffs were excellent. Barbar especially the Palestine guy is very professional and experienced. I really liked his cutting hair. Thai is the first time I liked my hair and beard cutting from any salon

The experience at Tommy Guns is more than just a haircut. The barber shop is the way a barber shop should be. Full of fun and laughter. My son and I have became friends with all the staff and will never go anywhere else. I remember when I was a child I hated getting my haircut but not my son! He loves going and is greeted like an old friend. Yesterday one of the girls said to me he’s been coming here as long as she’s worked there. I appreciate that he’s remembered. I have the same haircut all the time, 1 on the sides and 5 on the top. It was done the fastest I’ve ever had a hair cut done and did all the detailing along the edge. No flaws or random long hairs plus the hair wash at the end.
