Santikos Palladium is one of the best experiences I have had going to movies in today's world. The large auditoriums and the multiple screens make it possible to see movies at convenient times. The best part is the process from buying tickets online, choosing seats, and getting through the concession stand line rapidly. No one in San Antonio does it better. They will open up new registers when it gets crowded. The self serve drink station makes refills simple.

The theatres are always super clean and comfortable. We love all the special popcorn buckets and cups for fun movies like then blue beetle ! My son especially loved the comic book this last time! ( It was his first )

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I have to share a story about a young gentleman who helped me last night during an embarrassing coughing fit that had me missing my movie. Will was shutting down the bar in the lobby and overheard me coughing and assisted me with a hot water with agave and fresh slices of lemon. I could not show my appreciation any more but when I tried to find him after the movie he was already gone. Please know that in my many years in hospitality I have not encountered such a wonderful young man. Thank you!
