After my initial feedback, I was contacted by Mr. Adam Moya. He took my feedback as way to improve movie going experience better at the palladium. He was super helpful and stayed in contact with me on how my experience would be better. His customer service and attentiveness was amazing. I’m excited to go back to the palladium and see my next movie!

Easy to order tickets on machines. Staff is friendly. Popcorn needs to be fresher. But the drinks and food were great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. At the concession stand, the worker asked if I was a rewards member. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the theater and bathrooms.

After speaking with John Quiroz, assistant manager. I fully recommend Santikos. He was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. I am beyond happy with the results of our conversation. I hope every member of Santikos learn more about disabilities, and managers working at the moment of a situation can better assist customers with different situations.

I had submitted a complaint about how we had a very and experience with the handling of a situation that involved children/adults with special needs in our group.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I've been coming to the Palladium for +10 years already and anytime someone suggests going to a different chain theater I either object, laugh, or persuade them not to lol. I love coming to the movies and coming here just makes it that much better!
