Customer service was great, always have been greeted with a smile. I was able to get my drink and pretzel bites on time before the movie and it did not take long at all. Theater was clean and started on time❤️

My initial survey was based on issues we experienced during our visit on 7/14/23. Your Production Manager (Adam Moya) reached out to me regarding the issue. I was very pleased with the handling of the issue. I appreciate that he took my survey seriously and will make every effort to improve the theater experience for future guests.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It was clean, open, and all the lines moved fast. When the previews started the sound was way louder than it should have been and it was hurting our ears, so I found a manager and requested if he could bring down the volume a few decimals. He said he could certainly do that. He took care of it and everyone had a pleasant experience.

We love going to the Santikos Palladium theatres. The theatre has great food, is very clean and we really like the reclining seats. It's also great that Santikos gives back to the community. It is always a great movie-going experience.

The vast majority of the time everything is quick and easy. The guys who check our tickets and bags are always nice and even remember who we are. Still loving the collectible cups and hope they are available for the new Godzilla movie when it premieres.
