What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Like location, employees, selection of movies, cleanliness, wide variety of drinks. BUT terrible popcorn, bad enough to request refund; quality poor and tasted stale. Sometime back similar experience during several visits and wrote an email. Got nice response and better quality of popcorn; but back to poor quality and stale again. Will stick to Embassy.

The seating capacity and how comfortable they are. The concession stand options I always go for the epic nachos, they are the best . Customer service is amazing too they are friendly and do the best job at trying to achieve customer satisfaction.

Amazing. My wife and I could not make it and the fantastic customer care representative offered to refund our tickets. We will not only reorder tickets for the movie we missed, but we intend to frequent Santikos more often. This awesome customer service is sorely missed in current times. Thank you!

I like the rewards program. I like that management was very understanding when me and my daughters bought tickets for the wrong date and they allowed us to exchange tickets for the right date. I like the new menu for VIP.
