The location of the Palladium is very convenient. The theatres are always clean. The service is great, and the staff is very cordial, especially the person (in the wheelchair) that looks at our tickets and checks our purses. We thoroughly enjoy going to this location.

As usual, when I go visit the Palladium IMAX, I have no problems with anyone or the staff members, everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuine. This last experience actually made it a lot better, not being aware that my girlfriend wanted some popcorn I gave her some cash, and she was told to transfer the cash into a electronic card of some sort. After a couple moments, the manager of the snack bar went ahead and gave her a small free popcorn, which was very very grateful.

The Palladium is always our go to spot. It's clean environment, friendly staff coupled with great, comfortable theaters and well prepared food it's just fun!

We always love our experience at the Palladium. We live about 25 minutes away, and pass a few theaters along the way, but we’d rather go to the Palladium for our family movie nights
