My friend && I had a great experience at the Palladium last friday. We saw Sisu and the film was fantastic! a powerful film that kept me on the edge of my seat. Our drinks (beer's) were cold, the seats were comfortable and I felt safe. The only feedback that I can provide to Santikos is this:

if someone is a(n) Santikos rewards member the staff should 'always; ask them if they are a rewards member before completing the transaction. I say this so that the member can earn points as they continue to spend money at the Santikos locations they like to visit

For example, Last Friday night my friend and I went to the Palladium && bought two large beers from the bar downstairs. Neither of the bartenders asked me or my friend if we were reward members. I didn't remember to ask about my points until after I paid. I feel like if the bartenders that night would of asked if I was a member I could of easily given them my phone number and they could of added my points right then and there. They did, however, provide me with both information & receipts on how to still get my points. They mentioned I could go to the front desk after the show and my points could be added that way.

I feel like they should of just asked if I was a member before the transaction so the points could of been added then and there. Aside from that we had a great experience and I look forward to going back to either Santikos Palladium or Santikos Embassy.

The last thing I want to mention is Santiko's Bijuo. Why did this close down? I was extremely saddened to see that it officially closed over a year ago. Will Santikos think about building another Santikos Bijou Arthouse like theater? out of all of the Santiko's theaters in town, the Bijou was me and a lot of my family members favorite theater. Let me just respectfully say, I have a lot of memories going to that cinema and I watched some of the best films of my life there. I will say that I love Santikos regardless and only go to Santiko's theaters. My son && I are santikos members/fan/lovers for life. We also appreciate the consistent optimal service and all of the nonprofit oganizational work you do for the community of SA. Thank you Santikos!!

Love the VIP mezz service and food. The restrooms and self service soda rooms can definitely use more frequent cleaning.

We love the VIP seating...was a bit disappointed that they bacon popcorn was not available in theater.

This is our go-to theatre, even though there are 2 closer locations. Palladium is always clean and comfortable to make watching movies more enjoyable.

Clean and staff courteous. Love coming to this theater. Only issue is people talking during movie.

The variety of items that can be purchased during the movie experience. But I do have to say everything is so expensive, there are times when we can't even afford any thing to purchase during our theater experience. Restricting us from taking any outside snacks please sometimes unfortunate since we can't afford to purchase anything in the theater. We are forced to sit watch the movie and smell and see other persons with their condiments snacks. While we sit there unable to enjoy the same experience.
