Santiko's is gold standard when it comes to movie theaters. Other movie theaters talk about having reclining movie theater seats. Santikos Movie Theaters has them for over 4 years!! The best movie theaters in San Antonio is Santikos!!! The other movie theaters are sad second place. Better luck next year other movie theater chains. Santikos is THE KING OF ALL MOVIE THEATERS !!!

I have a great time, every time, I go to the Paadium. The Stafe is super friendly, the popcorn is delicious, the beer is cold and the sodas are perfect. I am spoiled and I appreciate the service. Thanks for your hard work every time all the time.

LOTS of options to watch a movie, from times to even how you want to watch it (3D, IMAX, AVX ATMOS). Ease of picking seats and the quickness of the staff to serve you when you enter the facility.

Very easy to buy tickets using the automated system. You have plenty of very good concessions folks. The theater was clean. The screen was big. The sound was great! I also very much like the Bijou series of films.

There was a ticket taker (a black woman) and a person who was maybe a manager (a black woman with really short hair) and they were both extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find my son after he got lost when he went to use the restroom during the movie. I am really thankful and grateful for them.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I absolutely love this theater, I have been a long time advocate of this theater. The only concern I have is that I purchased collector mugs for lifetime drinks, or more beer in the form of mugs. As soon as COVID hit, they changed their mind about lifetime usage of these mugs. It's disconcerting that now that COVID is long gone, they still don't allow these mugs to be used. That's not great customer service, the lemme change the rules as we see fit, isn't a good way to run a business. Maybe this theater should consider rewarding long time customers the right way, and not hurt them for being loyalists. Besides that, I enjoy this theater, and will continue to support them
