What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I always have a pleasant experience. This last time there was an issue w my online purchase . The website kept saying a pair of mezza seats were not available but they were . Essentially I ended up buying 4 seats in mezza which I only need one set for the pair but was unable to return the other set . This is not typical of what usually happens. A little disappointed that almost 40$ was wasted bc of the glitch . Other than that we always have a pleasant experience.

Almost everything was great. The one thing that wasn't was likely beyond your control. A guest had really bad body odor and I almost left multiple times. Fortunately the movie was good and the chair comfortable which kept my mind off the unpleasant environment.

The Good: Clean Theater, Great Staff, Excellent Movie Selection!

The Bad: They put MUCH TOO MUCH SALT ON THEIR POPCORN! They should put much less and allow folks to add the popcorn salt that they want to the popcorn themselves instead of just sticking to the way that they have agreed as staff to add all of that Salt to it...

I really really liked the space between the rows of chairs. There is plenty of room for people to pass by you while you have your chair extended all the way forward. I also liked the cleanliness of the auditoriums and restrooms.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Went to the movies in the vip section and the service and food was excellent. Santikos is our only movie theater that we go to. I left my airpods behind and I was sure they would never be found and called the next day and one of the workers turned them in and email customer service the next day and I received a call no later than 15 minutes later telling me they have them and after I described them they where mine. I definitely recommend santikos to anyone looking for a great movie experience. Thank you Santikos employee's you are awesome!!

Santikos is a great movie theater. Everyone is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. I like the reclining chairs in the movie theaters.
