Beautiful facilities, all staff are courteous and helpful, and I love being able to select tickets online beforehand. The food is delicious too!

The employees are all so very pleasant and cheerful and the theaters and lobby are always very clean.

I love being able to put the butter on my own popcorn and fill my drink cup! The thing that bothers me is that my popcorn and drink cost more than my theater ticket. Not good. The saving grace about that is that once in a while, I can use my rewards money to buy my food and drink.

Kudos to you for having the bar available in case someone wants a cocktail.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

When ordering my food, a new team member was in training. The team member seemed a little hesitant, but was trying. The trainer was patient and showed the trainee how to recognize that I had enough points to cover my pizza slice. It was great to see the trainee learning, but also the trainer demonstrating strong leadership qualities.

All team members are so courteous!! Telling you what direction to your movie. Restrooms are clean as everything else. Wonderful games area.

Palladium Theater VIP Mezz section is almost everything I’ve dreamed. Clean, lots of space to seat and the recliners always work. I stop going to other theaters and only go to Palladium. 9/10

The seats were very comfortable, particularly the reclining function, and the tray to hold concessions was a welcome surprise.
