VIP Mezz service was great! Loved not having to leave our seats to get refills, order more food/drinks, etc. Women's restroom upstairs could use more attending to as all soap dispensers were empty, and the hand dryer did not work.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great experience overall. I just wish you all would get a better distributor for wine. My top 2 go to theaters are Palladium and Embassy and they are almost always out of Pinot Grigio. And this is a change since the re-opening after CoVid shut down. Never experienced that at either theater prior to the shutdown.
