I had previously gave negative feedback about the soda and butter machine. Albert Ake, the Production Manager reached out to me so he could get more details and fix the problem. He was very courteous and I could tell he genuinely wanted to make this better for their customers. Thank you!

Ticket purchasing, Facility is first class, very clean, comfortable, sound in theater was awesome and the game room was fun. However I do miss the air hockey tables.

Everything went smoothly. Staff was very professional. Imax chairs were difficult to get out of because they are narrow and low.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I very much like the Palladium theater - it is my "go-to" place for movies. The reason I did not give it a 10 is that there are some things that need attention, some due to age & wear, others due to lack of maintenance/service. I.e., The seat that I had in Auditorium 3 was torn and the cover was ragged. Also, the men's rest room behind the concession area was in need of attention (floor was dirty, sinks were dirty, etc.)
