What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Very clean theatre from the outside to inside. Cashier at concession was a little quiet but was nice. Area where you get sodas was clean. Auditorium was clean however the seat that belonged to my wife was broken it didn’t recline and the foot part stayed sticking out. This was in auditorium 1 row E. However, great job looking forward to the renovations.

I love being able to easily purchase my tickets and reserve my seats online. The concession area is well staffed, we never have to wait more than a couple minutes. The theaters are nice. Could be a bit cleaner though.
