The place is always clean. Maybe the refreshment areas could use a little more scrutiny more often. The staff is mostly friendly, at the very least courteous.

Theater was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is that on very busy evenings, sometimes the Diet Coke and diet Dr Pepper syrup needs to be changed out. Other than that- good experience at Palladium!
