I have gone to the Palladium for years. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and Albert Ake has been super in following up on a prior "feedback". However, I would like to suggest that seats be periodically checked to see if they function. My last movie -- my assigned seat did not work, so I moved over to the next seat which also did not work, so then I moved the other direction and found a chair that worked. This is not a problem when the theater is not crowded. I did report it on the way out and assume that it was corrected.

We truly enjoy going to the Palladium where all the theatre's are equipped with recliners. The staff is friendly and always greets us and sends us off with a thank you.
