I like the reclining seats! The atmosphere is really nice as well. I haven’t been there since the pandemic so it was really nice to see a movie there again.
The trays at our seats really could use some repair. The laminate covering was peeling off.

I loved the fact that we were able to pay one price for drinks with refills, the environment was very clean including the restrooms. Also I like that we were able to reserve our seat a day in advance for our movie showing, the seats were clean and the sound was great, perfect way to have a date night. And we will be returning

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My favorite thing about Santikos Palladium is the VIP theater. I love watching inside a 2-person cubicle with my wife, the reclining chairs, and the food & drink delivery. I am spoiled and I don't want to experience the movies any other way.

I like the stadium seating and atmosphere. However drinks and concessions are not that great. Sometimes popcorn stale, drinks flat, chips expired. If they could improve food we’d go here all the time. We chose to go to Regal Huebner Oaks now, the food there is awesome.

As my favorite movie theater of the Santikos options, The Bijou, has closed :( I have opted to attend either the Palladium or the Embassy location due to these two theaters showing indie selections. I'm grateful.
