The ticket "taker" (door checker) was rude. He made 1 person in our party go to the customer service desk to get a hard copy ticket, as she was trying to show him her phone app. He was ruff and gruff. Not real welcomingl.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I'm a very active movie goer and I have been to many theatres in my life. Santikos Palladium has by far the most memorable experience every time I attend a show. I'm hard pressed to go anywhere else for my movie experiences. From the comfortable seating, the recliners, and the option to now have private showings, you simply can't beat this theatre. The only suggestion I would offer to you is for VIP seating to have a wider seat recliner. A seat and a half recliner paired with your drink service and menu would be divine. Thank you for your time.

I reached out via the feedback tool about a concern I had during my last visit. I was contacted by Shawna to address my concerns and truly feel like they care about their customers! As such I was offered a pair of complimentary tickets for a chance to enjoy a better experience at the Palladium location. I couldn't have asked for better customer concern experience.
