I always enjoy my experience when I see a movie at your theater. I’ve been to 3 movies in the past 6 weeks.
Only criticism is that concession will not take cash.

It is always clean it is always well-kept and the IMAX.
1) The VIP area - our Saturday experience was awesome as it was adults only. We attended a movie downstairs on the night before and an elementary age child was having a Q&A with her mom throughout.

3) I love that your Senior level is 60+
4) The support for nonprofits. Please give to the YMCA of Greater San Antonio who exists to servie our entire community ages 0 - 100+

Even though they were out of hot dogs, because of a party of 15-20 people were ahead of me. The staff were fast to get another batch ready. I was extremely happy to see their customer service and professional attitude at work. I didn’t mind waiting because of their attitude. Thanks

The staff was so helpful. I was on crutches, and someone carried my drink and popcorn for me. She also showed me the IMAX elevator to get to my handicapped seat on the top row. She was a relatively new employee from a different location. Promote her! She loves Santikos.
It was an awesome experience. The kids and I enjoyed the movie Super Pets . It was a fun night with the family. It was very clean and the Santikos staff are very friendly employees. Thank you very much for an enjoyable movie night.
The customer service that you get from palladium is something special that you can’t get anywhere else, I would even say it’s worth going for just the seating alone Palladium has the most comfortable seats in any movie theater.

the clean atmosphere in the actual theater, the drink station can be dirty, sticky and gross at times, but every santikos theater is very clean
The concessions lines were much longer than anticipated. There must be more than one line open during operating hours to avoid this. thank you!
