I just love the theatre. I live in Kerrville, and it is the most convenient for me driving in on IH10. I just wish that it showed the artsy/independent films I like. I used to go the the Bijou all the time to see those. I will go to the Embassy, but it is certainly not as convenient for me.

Movie theater was clean and staff was friendly popcorn and icee was good but pizza was cold and pickle was rotten. No refund received for this bad concession food

Customer Service and cleanliness of the environments are Excellent at All of the Santikos locations. One of the things that I love doing is buying Popcorn and I love that the Palladium Theater Does Not add Too Much Salt in their popcorn!

The reclining seat we purchased was not functioning and the manager took incredible care of us attempted to repair it and not being able to assigned us to additional seats that did recline properly and provided us with two rain checks. Spectacular service and really appreciated the care.
