I had a concern and the Manager Albert took the time to listen and address my issues. Now days it is rare for anyone to reach out, but Albert was professional and sincere in resolving the problem. His display of customer service shows how much Santikos cares for their customers. Great Job!

Very modernized movie theatre. Love the VIP. area especially when we do not have the kids!
When we have the kids just a nice and roomy theatre with a large variety of snacks!

The screen in theater 9 has an issue where there is blue pixelation on dark scenes. This can be seen around the lower right side of the screen. Other than that it was a great experience

I was very upset over the new loyalty rules as we have a traveling lifestyle where the non expiration of points worked very well. I voiced my concerns and almost immediately was contacted to work with me in readjusting into the new program. After a couple email exchanges, they have bent over backwards to help with this issue. I feel certain, moving forward, that the transition can now fit our life. Thank you!

The theaters are wonderful and the recliners are very comfortable. The young lady at the restaurant/bar on first floor was the friendliest and most efficient employee will anyone could hope to have. Thank you for the great experience!!!

I love the palladium the customer service. But the dining area needs to be more up kept I’ve noticed the past times I’ve gone napkins are never restocked the ketchup areas are either not restocked or dirty.
