We love our Santikos theaters.
Especially Silverado theatre, its not to overwhelming and crowded and great parking good arcade games and always friendly staff. Always pretty clean.
Please update Silverado seats to be more like the comfy palladium seats and couches!
A few years back Santikos Silverado had Saturday movies and pancakes for kids.
They were Saturday mornings 10/11am through the school year and they were older but classic movies like Casper. Simple but awesome! Tickets were a few dollars and we bought the pancakes from little cafe for our kids.
Our boys LOVED this. They are teens now.
We have a little one again and would LOVE if you brought or something similar to this back now that we are able to go to movies again.
Maybe classic holiday kids movies. There are so many for fall and winter. We love your theaters.
Thank you for having the summer movies again as well. Great option for the Texas heat.

Reclining seats and that you can purchase tickets through the app and select your seats
It was great and enjoyed it. Only mild complaint was that there was no large popcorn buckets. Also, would like to have the ability to layer the butter.
Santikos associate was prompt and professional; offered vouchers for future visits for a better experience.

Outstanding
I go to Palladium weekly. Love theatre and staff, but having the Icee machines out of service more often than not and then small popcorn cups only available this week is a big negative.
Hate having to pay 15-20% of the price of the ticket to be able to reserve online.
New point system is more complicated and of less value than the previous one.
Great customer service
Film reel quality, comfortable seating, large enough screens and auditoriums, a Rewards program that is actually worth it, great food and drink service, and a happy atmosphere all-around. Could update the restrooms tho but that doesn't really factor into my experience.
The seating and sound system
It’s always nice to go in to a nice clean movie theatre.
Greeter always nice. Concession stand Assitant was also very pleasant.
Theatre was clean and well kept.

I always enjoy my experiences at the Palladium but if I don't it is nice to see how amazing the staff handles problems. I know they can't fix it if I don't say something. The management does a wonderful job working with customers. Thank you for being such a fun and great place to relax and enjoy a little down time with the family. It means a lot now adays.
Customer service and clean
I hadn’t been to the imax in a while and I remember why. The seats are too close together and they don’t recline. Definitely never going again.

Always a pleasure to go to the Palladium.
Concessions were very quick and helpful. I noticed several trays on the chairs need to be updated. They are pealing and could cause damage to clothes.
