First I really like that as you entered the theater, you were greeted n check your bags n direct you to your movie. We liked that very much.
We arrive a little early so we sat at the bar n order a drink.
Overall the staff n bartender were very friendly n professional.

I love the big IMAX screen! The staff is also nice and friendly. I also like they remodeled the seats at the IMAX theater area.

You could replace some of the worn out seat covers in order to make it an incredible experience.

Although I say Likely, my daughter and her friend who accompanied me on Wednesday had a bad experience with the food service and she would have a very different answer. She and I spoke to the manager Steven Martinez after the film. My daughter ordered food when we arrived at about noon for Moonage Daydream, plenty of time before the 1220 showing to get the food. She still didn't have her food when the film started. The previews were over! Several times, she got up to check on the food (no text). The 2nd time she asked, she got a text and the food was cold. So, reorder. Let me say that, although I'm a diehard film-onscreen addict, she prefers streaming. I realize, and also warned her, that the Palladium is a training theater and sometimes things don't go well but that she should insist that things go right. I was thinking about how Santikos is trying hard to get people in seats. Considering training, the trainees should have a team lead to make sure customers aren't discouraged by mistakes like this.

The VIP seating is nice. Because you can oder food and drinks from your seat. It's also cozy to have 2 seats together for a date night
