I have been going to the Palladium for years now and its been getting better. Asside from the loss of the Starbucks ... Cuz i love coffee, the new seats are awesome, the service is great, the people are helpful and friendly

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We love coming to the movies. We love our community support by Santikos. It is such an experience to be able to view a movie in the VIP theater or in one of the large theaters. The staff is helpful and kind.
However, we do not like the practical frisking when coming in. They alway rummage around in my purse and frankly that is just wrong. My purse is none of their business. My purse is private and personal. Are you really so scared people are bringing a bottle of water or a bag of candy you have to go through our purses. Why not go through our pockets too. Please stop it. I think you make plenty of money at concessions. You don’t need to go through my purse.

The curb appeal of the facility and its cleanliness were nice. Understandably, the theatre was understaffed, however, the theatre was well kept.

Your staff is always so pleasant, unlike other theaters I go to. Because of this, I go to Santikos 90% of the time, even though there is a Regal less than two miles away from me.
