Great property with lots of amenities.
The reclining seats are the best! Temp is always comfortable. Check in is polite and nice, makes me feel welcome. Same with the ticket checker. I am grateful to have a nice theater so close by.
"Avatar: The Way of Water" is one of a few titles I'd spend the extra dollars for IMAX and 3-D. The tech is impressive, but I don't go to Marvel pics which seem to dominate the screens. I saw the first "Avatar" shortly after the Palladium opened and enjoyed the experience for the new offering. It was also nice to get there on free popcorn day. As a senior I only go to early matinees so I don't take advantage of all the venues at the Palladium. I do make a concentrated effort to only attend Santikos theatres because of the charitable contributions to our community.

All the staff were very friendly; from the ticket counter, to the concession stand, to the clean up crew. Everyone had a smile. I sometimes go to the Embassy. but the Palladium is definitely my favorite!
I am impressed with Santikos Palladium manager that went above and beyond to resolve my the issue when brought to his attention. Very positive attitude and customer service.

Originally scored theatre lower due to thinking we reserved IMAX tickets and they were not and having broken seats when we got there. Albert Ake production manager contacted me via email to find out why , listened and explained, and we are getting a free mega deal for our broken seats next movie trip. Thank you Albert!

Theater is very clean. Lots of screens so always a great variety of movies. Love the recliner seats and easy seat reservation system. This theater is one town over from me but I'll make the trip every time.
Everything. It was a relaxing, enjoyable experience…from getting tickets online and being able to pick the seats we really like to the snacks at the snack bar. The young man who served us at the snack counter was very well mannered and sweet.
I loved the friendliness of the employees! We enjoy ordering from the restaurant and enjoying a burger and fries in the wonderful, comfortable reclining seats. I also want to thank the Santikos Family for all their generosity and support to various charitable organizations in San Antonio.
