The customer service is GREAT! The auditoriums are really comfy!
Most of all, I love the charitable concept of Santikos and I will always support by visiting your theaters and eating all the popcorn!

Everyone is helpful, friendly and kind. Theatre is clean, cool, and relaxing. The chairs are very comfortable and the popcorn is delicious. I enjoy going to see movies at the Palladium.

It’s easy to reserve a seat online. I most always reserve seats in the VIP section. Even if the movie isn’t available with VIP seats I like that all seats are recliners and have a tray. Great food, Coke products (A MUST), popcorn, wine and the theater is clean.
