clean theaters and comfy seats

I have Always had a good experience it this theater. This past Wednesday wasn't a very good one. Ordered so.e chicken strips and and were they bad. Took them back got them exchanged figured I would get some better ones. Not successful though. Didn't want to miss my movie so just sucked it up and dispose of them after the move. Might just stick to a burger next time. Won't order strips ever again

In my previous review, I had mentioned a few issues that I encountered during my visit. These concerns revolved around some inconveniences related to how our movie experience turned out that evening at the Mezz. First and foremost, Adam reached out to me personally, acknowledging my feedback and thanking me for my candidness. As a fellow Military Veteran, his heartfelt connection instantly put me at ease and assured me that my concerns were taken seriously.

To address the seating situation, Adam went above and beyond by meticulously finding the best available seats for me. He even provided a photo of the seating arrangement, highlighting the rows and seats, which turned out to be the perfect choice for enjoying the movie with an optimal view of the screen. This level of attention to detail demonstrated Adam's commitment to ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Moreover, Adam kindly offered to assist with the ticketing process and generously provided the 5-ticket package and the mega combo, making my visit even more special and hassle-free. His selfless gesture and dedication to resolving my concerns left a lasting impression on me.

The whole experience!!

My experience with movie night is always a great experience. From the first encounter with ticket sales to the customer service desk. To the polite and friendly concession employees. Even after our movie the clean up crew is there ready to wish us a good day and take our empty popcorn buckets. We love our whole experience at Santikos!
