What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The reclining chairs were comfortable, and the extended space between rows was unexpectedly great! No more needing to squeeze between reclining chair and the row next to the walk space. The location and theater itself was perfect and had a lot of space. Haven't been to the IMAX in years, and with the changes from the last time I had been there to the most recent visit, I am looking forward to visiting that location again, and soon!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The IMAX theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. All of the workers I spoke to were nice and helpful. Also the food areas were clean. Food was good. I'm looking forward to going back.

My husband and I attend the movies at The palladium often and have always had a very
enjoyable experience. We love the popcorn and the treatment from the staff everytime

I love the Santikos brand. I love that it gives back to the community in various charitable ways. The theaters themselves are well kept and clean. It’s always an enjoyable experience.

I love every bit of Santikos theaters. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, my cousin who flies in from LA all the time says the palladium is the best theater he’s been to. My only wishes are for the IMAX to be updated to the nicer projection and for a 4DX room maybe at Casa Blanca or the Palladium. I will never go to a Regal theater ever again if you guys finally get a 4DX theater.

I love how helpful and inviting the staff makes us feel when we come and I have come EVERY TIME a new movie comes out in the last 8 years also the off duty policeman that’s escorted us safely out the door .

Clean and comfortable. Easy online purchase with app. Helpful staff. Bartendress was engaging and friendly. I noticed 2 maintenance youngsters waiting outside
# 7 ready to clean after 4:50 Haunting on Sunday. They seemed focused and eager.Will definitely return.

My wife and I had visited this theater few weeks back and our experience wasn't great. I submitted feedback on why we were not happy. I was happy that someone actually responded to my feedback. Adam M one of the managers invited us back with some tickets for another movie of our choice. We recently saw another movie in a VIP theater. Best experience while watching a movie. I think we're hooked on the VIP experience. All the staff and the bartenders were super friendly and we look forward to continuing our movie watching at the Palladium

I probably see 2 movies a month, love it there! Comfortable seats, really fast concessions, easy to get tickets. We do VIP now and then which is also nice. Love Santikos!

Is our preferred movie Theater, however we would like to see cleaner bathrooms and hallways.

I do miss the paper towels in the bathroom, the blowers never do a good job. Specially if needing to take mostard of the face from the hot dog!..
