Great Service, Clean Environment, Great Movies!

The over all experience great seats great customer service clean environment. But I will admit the prices on things are highly priced.
The theatre was clean, bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly. The recliner chairs were very comfortable.

The theater is clean, comfortable, has lots of food options, and is always a great place to see a movie! The workers are kind. It is super convenient to order tickets on line and also allows you to choose/reserve your seats.
We had friends that went there recently and their truck was broken into. I just read about another vehicle break in within the last few days at your theater. Please put security in place to address this! It is too high a cost to have your vehicle broken into, just to see a movie!

I wish the screen could have been adjusted better to address the black bar at bottom. We saw Oppenheimer (70mm) not Imax

I love how easy it was to purchase tickets through the app. I also enjoyed how fast the concession stand lines are (waited only 2 minutes, if that). The seats are super comfortable and the screens are easy to see no matter what position you are in in the theater.

Well, went to see Oppenheimer with my wife I’m iMax. They were upfront about the sound having issues and would refund the show 100%. Now I usually don’t have issues at Santikos theaters and this was a first major issue. We drive 40 minutes away so leaving for another showing is out of the question. We loved the movie despite the sound issues. After the movie, we received 100% refund. Love the place.
