Very easy to purchase tickets & seats online. No issue when arriving to the theatre. For concessions & found our seats with ease, & the sound & visuals were great!

Nice theater and seats. Staff did a great job. Pizza was really good and nice but consider offering smaller ones. Couldn't eat it all.

The Grand at Ft. Bliss is consistently a great experience for our family. The theatre is always clean and the staff are welcoming, professional, and helpful.

Theater was clean, and the pretzel was amazing. Usually pretzels are hard and gross. This pretzel had the family fighting over bites.

Great place staff very friendly, theater clean, visual and sound for the movie great. Nice to have reclining seats maybe another company in Altamonte should do a remodel.

Overall, great experience. Went to a later movie time and was unaware of when concessions service ends at night. Went back for a refill and they had already closed up for the night.
