Open Caption screening was a plus as English is not my wife’s first language. She gets more out of the movie with subtitles/Open Captions to help her follow along. Please, increase the amount of Open Caption screenings and we’ll likely increase the number of times we go to a Santikos theater.

The $5 Findl Cut is such an excellent way to see movies while trying to maintain a tight budget. The employees are always so nice. I really was surprised to see the drinks in the back on my most recent visit. This is very convenient, but I felt that I did not have enough room to handle my needs properly.. I felt like I was going to drop my popcorn. I actually spilled a bit of it.
All-in-all, I had a great experience. I feel that having yhr drinks in the back allows the employees to be more efficient with the purchase of tickets and food. I can make the line go more quickly.

Great experience! I enjoyed the recliner seats and the seats had enough space for me. I also enjoyed the rewards I got. I had enough for some free popcorn and a drink. I will definitely be back.

Santikos the grande slidell is always a great field trip but this year I did find the customer service at the grande very lacking. I also think they need FAR more lines and workers at the concession stand when 200 people are there.
All the work to book the field trip was extremely easy and all emails were quickly responded to.
The cleaning lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name!) noticed that I had spent the past half our walking up and down the halls with my toddler who wasn’t feeling well and missing the movie. My older son was still watching with his dad so I didn’t want to leave but the toddler and I missed the second half of the movie! Anyways she was so kind and considerate and mentioned that they have a Rainy Day policy where I could get tickets to come back another day. It absolutely made my day to know I could come back on another day when he was feeling better so we could enjoy the movie together. It was very kind of her to notice us and she was so friendly. Thank you!!
Nice theater, seat upgrades were excellent. A suggestion I'd have is to keep the existing snacks and perhaps expand that out to a small menu. Had that while in Houston once and was memorable.

Movie was great was not impressed with the lack of Mario popcorn containers. We went to the first showing the 4th people in line and no more yoshi buckets. Very disappointed

My friends and I are sad that your prices have risen, but we understand that it's because of this awful president and his stupid policies, tariffs, and wars. Otherwise, we always love coming to Santikos New Braunfels and enjoying great movies in comfort! We love getting our own refills of drinks and popcorn, also.
Being able to wait until crowds thinned out to go was nice. Being able to choose seats when I purchase tickets online also helps choose a movie time.
