We love the place but it is too cold inside.

I must say, I was impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The theater itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the experience. The seats were comfortable and the sound and picture quality were top-notch. I would highly recommend this theater to anyone looking for a great movie-going experience.
Tuesday specials were very attractive. Not too crowded and service all around were fast and great!
We visited on Tuesday, $4.99 night. Employees were friendly, lines at concession moved swiftly, beverage area with popcorn butter area - extremely clean. The bathrooms were clean and our seats / surrounding area was very clean as well.
The entire theater was well cared for, employees were helpful, friendly and busy - it was a nice atmosphere for a laid back movie night.
Appreciated it all - some theaters have employees just standing around talking while concession lines bog down, beverage area is a mess and the theater seat area not cleaned.
Not so at this theater - it was a pleasurable evening and very much appreciated.

The ease to purchase either online or in. The roominess of the theater. It convenience of recliner and charging port and lights and cooler in the cup holder. By far, the best experience I've had at the movies. It made a great date night with my husband

I'm not happy about the time before that, where I drive from out of town to come to santikos and the computers were down so I could not buy a ticket or any concession, the manager did offer to watch the movie for free but I still would have no concessions and to me a movie is not as good without concession
This is the best Santikos I’ve ever been to. The seats are incredibly comfortable and the theater is clean. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only theater I will go to.
