Everything, maybe turn the air down a tad it gets a little stuffy after a while. Also ask the bar tender to stop talking to me, he gives me anxiety I kinda dread going to the bar it’s really me I just don’t like talk to people. Maybe if he just tone it down a bit sometimes he’s too friendly which again isn’t his fault

My family and I really enjoy the atmosphere at Santikos. The self serve popcorn and drinks are definitely a plus. Additionally the ability to have food delivered to us while enjoying the movie. My wife and I make great use of the VIP features and enjoy the privacy.

Love the movie experience every time we go watch a film! The theaters are always so clean, employees are friendly, and the viewing experience is great with the state of the art seats and audio/visuals. It brings me great comfort to support a local organization that helps our community while also partaking in a hobby I love.

I had a not so great experience with my wings when I visited a few days ago but their awesome management provided me with expedient customer care recovery. They heard my complaint and offered to make it right and that happens so rarely nowadays. I will gladly revisit because they truly value my feedback and care that my family and I enjoy our time at their facility!
The theaters are clean and they always have people standing by to make sure the rooms are clean before the next guests arrive. They are a friendly group of people who want to just ensure that you have a great time.

Everyone is super friendly! My wife and I drive from Fredericksburg at least weekly.
Well , we order a 2 piece tenders for my wife and when she took the 1st bite she ask me if the tender look cooked all the way I had to turn my lite from my fon and I told her it looks cooked well she ate it anyway ways well after the movies she wasn't feeling good at home til I give her a pepto bismo and later after using the restroom she felt better , other then that evything was was good I just felt bad , for saying it looks good ... The movie we saw was madam web ... Thank u

Convenient and easy to park. Just wish the inside was finished up and cleaned up.
The location is close to my home.
So my Sister and I went early and had to wait outside till 30 before first show. There were some very nice benches but all had sticky sap on them. A Santikos employee by name of Jaycee was out picking up litter and my Sister mentioned we wished we could sit and wait for theater to open but benches were too sticky. The young man was very polite but kept working. When our movie was over and we came out side, Jaycee was in process of cleaning the last of benches. Absolutely wonderful man. I want to thank him for going out of his way. I’ll always come here now. Thanks Jaycee and Santikos.
The new seating in the theater. I took my mom with me to see Lisa Frankenstein and she really enjoyed the movie theater. It’s really nice to have an atmosphere where it’s not too crowded like at the Palladium. The self serve popcorn at the concession stand is amazing too! This will be my go to place for movies from now on.
The theaters were clean, and the popcorn was marvelous. The attendants were very friendly, and it looks like there is more to come.
