Very clean establishment with friendly service. I've can't remember ever having a bad experience at any Santikos theater, just good memories.. Some of us do miss the THX note played before films begin, that was awesome.
I think the sound is off a bit. It was not balanced well in auditorium 8 at least. Also the stair lights are way too bright not sure why they didn’t dim more once the movie started but it kept the room much more lighted than it felt appropriate.
The entire experience was fabulous. The kids had a great time, and the manager was so nice! We will definitely do it again!!!

I could buy tickets ahead of time and pick seats. Seats are extremely comfortable. Decorations for Wicked were pretty neat and enjoyed by the kids I took with me.

Clean and friendly
Nice theater! My only issue was one of the chairs was stuck in the reclined/open position and could not be changed. I bought tickets two weeks in advance for this showing of Wicked. There were no other seats to change to and nothing was offered as a consolation for the issue. Nor was I made aware of the issue before arriving to the theater.

We enjoyed the seating. However, you need more associates working concessions.
Lots of screens to watch some awesome movies. Sound is good and the reclining seats are super comfortable. Great options at the concessions too.
